Everything was clean spacious and central.

3 oc us staying. Only 2 sets of keys provided

Great location

No elevator, had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. No room on balcony to sit outside. Property on 3 floors, stairs very narrow to top floor bedroom, bedroom & bathroom on first floor had low slanted ceilings, not suitable for tall people. Not great lighting in bedrooms, only small lamps. No wardrobes to hang clothes, only in main bedroom, had to leave clothes on chairs. No information provided re general housekeeping, eg bins. Cleaners did not empty bins, clean floors or sinks. Stench of sewerage, bins around the property.

No concerns on cleanliness but the hot water pressure not good enough and tbh the showers were just warm enough Need to service or upgrade boiler. Also cooker / oven did not work. Owner should invest in toaster

Location is ideal. Restaurants cafes etc.

The air conditioning was not working the entire 5 nights we were there. It was sooo hot that I had to go buy a fan and even though it was communicated to the property management company. They only wrote back with sorry for your inconvenience kind of messages. All records of communication are on air b and b chat. It’s a shame because the property has a lot of advantages but I think the Managment company is not doing a good job running it at all! Imagine checking in in 40*c weather without AC. Basically we couldn’t sleep through the night. Washing machine also was not working
