Well appointed, everything we needed and the hosr was very attentive to our questions. The location was great!

Location was fantastic

Linens were not clean , towels had a particular odor even after I washed them the smell was still there Air conditioning was not efficient

The apartment was very comfortable, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated, not to mention spotlessly clean! The kitchen had everything for cooking, the bathroom was spacious (yes, spacious!!) and fully equipped with everything including bath products, shampoo, etc….and, again, it was spotless. The apartment is located at the very “top” of Via Cavour, within easy walking distance to the train station, the Pilotta complex, baptistry and Duomo, and scores of restaurants and shops. In the apartment , living area was a great place to relax after a day exploring Parma—the sofa was huge and super comfortable, the room bright and spacious Our host, Francesca (?) met us in front of the property. She was beautiful and engaging, and provided us with lots of good information to make our stay in Parma, and the apartment, a special part of our trip.

Everything was great. Just be aware there are a couple of steps up/down between the living area and bedroom area. It took me a second to remember that.

The host, Francesca, met us upon arrival with the keys. She was great to communicate with prior to and during our stay. The apartment is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic for exploring Parma, with shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We love Parma, and this was our second time visiting, and we definitely will book here when we return again.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like. We could have stayed here for a month and been very comfortable.

Beds not super comfortable, thin walls- heard neighbours a lot.

Lots of linens, the kitchen was well stocked, and a comfortable sofa. WiFi was strong. Easily in walking distance to everything in the city. I would highly recommend it.

The building was noisy on Friday and Saturday night with parties that seemed to spill out onto the hallway.

We arrived at the property later than the time slot allowed but Francesca has been very kind and managed to organize herself accordingly in order to leave the keys in the key lock and told us the code so it was very easy to collect them on our arrival. The property is very nice, clean and recently renewed, in a great location as It is right in the historic center of Parma.

There wasn't anything I didn't like really.

Location was prime! Easy access with Lift. Roomy

AC could use small maintenance otherwise great!!

Very nice decoration for this apartment, perfectly clean and comfortable. Garage in the immediate vicinity. attentive and helpful welcome. And...in the heart of the old town, perfectly quiet! Very nice old town, lively and without car traffic, a pleasure!
