Cozy 4-bed House in Walmley

Realy clean and great location

The location and size of the property were what we were looking for. We were able to get two cars onto the drive. The beds were very good. The house was very clean.

The back patio door was smashed on the outside, which looked like a break-in. This upset some of the guests. The bathroom lights did not work and when reported was ignored. We had to use it at night in the dark. The house sleeps 8 but is not equipped for more than 5. Not enough seating to sit at the table or in the lounge. Minimal cutlery and crockery.

We liked it was a quiet area and not far from drayton manor. We liked it was spacious. Most things you need are there. If the issues detailed below were fixed then it is a great place to stay.

We did t like the patio window being shattered on arrival. We didn't like no lights working in the bathroom. We didn't like lack of dessert spoons. No remotes for bedroom televisions. We also didn't like a really full rubbish bin at front of the house. I would also say window coverings are needed over the hallway door as anyone can see right into the property from the street. Not very private the way it is.

Good location with off street parking on a quiet street. All good size rooms with double beds. Good shower.

Unkept rear garden with a lot of cigarette buts. Could do with another sofa or some bean bags.

Location, clean, professional host and communication.
