Grass not cut on back patio. Unable to utilize that area during our 4 night stay. Trash can outside was full, stunk and had a lot of flies.

The Rooms were nice nice access to beach

The money that I paid for this stay and couldn't enjoy the patio grass and weeds knee high . I was not happy at all
