"Great property to rent in York for short-term stay"

Good location, very easy to walk to the center of York. Lots of local restaurants nearby and plenty of recommendations from the hosts. Hosts were responsive to any questions asked. Very clean property, plenty of space, couple of fans in the property to help keep air flowing and things cool.

No proper air flow in the property. It was a ground floor property so we didn't open the windows, but unfortunately this meant that whenever we came back it was very hot and humid (it was that kind of weather when we were there). The fans at the property made a huge difference. Couldn't cast my phone to the TV despite being on the same wifi network, but not deducting any marks on this, more a tech issue. Biggest issue was the lack of proper air flow.

"Great location but not ideal for sharing"

Location of this flat is excellent. We loved being so close to local shops and cafes, and a short stroll into the town centre. Overall the flat is very clean, tidy, and has a great aesthetic. Easy access and smooth check in/out. Value for money.

Please make it clear on the listing that the bedroom and living room are only one room! We were under the impression that they were separate, and booked because we thought my teenage daughter would have privacy in the living room on the sofa bed. Obviously it was fine to share but we were disappointed. Also the noise from the flat upstairs was excessive each night. There are plenty of notices telling us to keep the noise to a minimum, do they have the same?
