Clement house was fantastic. Beautiful apartment with lots of space, modern decoration and super cosy. Loved the little Christmas touches and the kids were over the moon with the chocolate Santas that had been gifted. Ideal location for visiting York and just a short 15 min walk to shambles. Everything was absolutely perfect

"Cosy, chic studio/ flat in a fab location."

Fantastic location just moments away from a lovely strip of independent shops/ cafes/ restaurants and yet not noisy. Flat itself is small but perfectly formed - very chic and very comfortable. Great comms from the owners.

Nothing really. A bedside light would be nice.

The property was absolutely beautiful, spotless and had gorgeous decor. The place felt very homely and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely helpful, easy to contact and we loved reading the property story in the handbook :) The host left us a couple of snacks which was just so lovely and we really appreciated the delicious coffee which was available. Finally, the location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

It was clean and comfortable. There was information provided about the area and appliances. It was self check-in with clear instructions on how to enter the apartment and what to do upon leaving. The neighborhood had nearby bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and city bus stops. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. I would definitely book again.

The location is great. A small local village of shops and bars just outside central York. The flat is newly converted and an attractive modern style.

Parking is a bit of a problem. But we left the car out of no parking zone and walked

This place is superb. Spotlessly clean and comfortable and well located for shops, restaurants, bakery, cafes. The only (very) minor niggle is the description mentions a microwave. I couldn't find it! :)

A microwave is mentioned in the description. but I couldn't find it which posed a minor problem when having to heat up some 'microwave only' food. No biggie though. This place is great!
