Location was great it was large and clean , host was superb very helpful

It was in floor 4 , 8 flights of steps . Parking was ok but quite tight

Great apartment, fully equipped and with perfect location - close to the beach and the old city. The host is a wonderful, helpful and caring person who was so kind to organize a space for our children to play. Highly recommended!

Nothing, maybe climbing the stairs to reach the fourth floor was a bit challenging but we've managed it somehow, even with our children.

The accommodation is truly authentic and very well located within walking distance to the station and the city centre. There are shops and cafes nearby. Severio was a super host, very nice and caring. He helped us with everything and took great care of us. We were delighted with our stay, we mainly traveled around the area by train.

You will feel at the apartment like at Your own home. Great localization next to the sea and the Old Town. The host is very helpful an friendly person. One day I’ll be back here. Grazie ❤️

Lack of parking places. But it concerns whole Bari.

A nice fully equipped apartment, 10 minutes walk to the heart of the city, very friendly and talkative host available for recommendations and help.

Very nice and perfectly clean apartment equipped in everything you may need, including coffee, tea, bottled water, even a bottle of wine, even dry shampoo ;). The host was in contact with us all the time, offered help and advice.

Hardly possible to park your car near, but the host adviced park&ride parking place 1,5km from Marea. 4th floor is not for someone with heavy bags but again, the host offered help, so I gove 10/10.

Modern, well-equipped apartment with a small but very nice seaview balcony. The old town is about 20 min. on foot and Saverio is one of the best host I have ever met. Highly recommended!

I am traveling for 10 years - alone, with my spouse or with the entire family, I have a reach experience with accomodations. but I can say that this one was the best! The host is more than helpful, though invisible, - he suggests you places to visit, can help with taxi or even train schedule.. Upon arrival on the late evening we were very tired, but there was a frozen pizza and a bottle of beer/water in the fridge, but we've got an advice about a pizzeria next building and the pizza there was amazing (130 kinds of pizza in the menu!!!). The apartment is very big - 2 rooms and a kitchen. Everything is extremely clean and there is everything (more than you need) in the bathroom. There is a seaside just around the corner, you can see the sea from the small balcony at the morning. People, when you travel and stay here - please leave a small present for the host from your country - I regret I did not had mine with me.

Do not believe the spot on the map in booking app (it lies 3 blocks away) - follow the exact street address. We were without a car, but I cannot believe you can find a parking spot on these streets. 4 floor without an elevator - estimate your efforts in advance!
