Allenby 36 Bauhaus Residence 5 Stars

The Hotel has know that we will arrive at 23:30 hs and I didn´t have internet and when I arrived at the airport they send me an e-mail wtih a CANCELANTION of my reservation. I took a Taxi to the Hotel and I didn´t find no one to ansewer and I had to go to another Hotel with my family at 23:45 hs. It was absurd and disrespect with me. I had more cards to pay the Hotel and for me it was no reason to cancel the reservation.

Nice spot, easy for taxi pick up and close to beach. Nice view of the water from balcony.

Issue with hot water but Emmanuel responded quickly. Unfortunately problem was more complicated and he sent in repair man and it is working well now.

The location was excellent. Walking distance from the beach, Carmel Market, Dizengof St, Neve Zedek and all the hip areas. The apartment was very stylishly decorated and had comfortable beds, good wifi a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine (would have been nice to have a Nespresso milk frother as well) and Washer and Dryer. The apartment we stayed in was a garden unit that has a huge wrap around garden. Very quaint in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Emanuel, the host was very responsive and when our water heater went out one evening, he managed to get a technician to fix the problem the next morning.

There was not really anything not to like. Although the building has no parking, there is a decent priced option 4 buildings down.

Plates, glasses and clutters are a bit chaotic and mixed. You can hear the neighbors.

I’ve stayed in 3 apartments of the host and cannot thank him enough. Everything was excellent. First, all the apartments are spacious and luminous. Second, the apartments are fully equipped with everything you need to live in Tel Aviv. Third, everything is clean!!! I truly enjoyed the smell of towels and bedding. Fourth, Tv + Netflix in case it’s raining and you want to stay home. Five, it’s the city centre, just 5 min walk to the beach and with plenty shops, bars and restaurants around. Emmanuel, the host, was constantly available on WhatsApp. Although, the apartments are priced above the market, you pay for the confort and pleasure to stay in the heart of TA. I will definitely return to this lovely place.
