Lovely views

Had to buy washing up liquid and there was only 1 toilet roll for 3 nights.

Great views, great location.

Could probably do with a fresh lick of paint and a little bit of tlc. Thought there would have been enough tea, coffee, milk and toilet roll to cover the two nights. There was 3 irons but no hairdryer which would have been handy. Very nice people to deal with and did give us a later check out. We would stay again but only at a cheaper rate. We didn’t feel it was worth £80 a night.

Perfect location. Everything in the flat that you may need. Fantastic view.

Perhaps maybe supply dust pan and brush. Maybe hoover on landing. So we could clean as we go.

The only one bad thing was the hot water the shower in the evening wouldn’t go hot

The location of the property is excellent. Right on the seafront and close to lots of amenities. The Holst was helpful, welcoming and friendly. I enjoy very much my stay at the property.

The view

The location of the property is superb - right on the sea front with views to the horizon and cliffs. Close to lots of amenities whatever you enjoy doing - cafes, pub, leisure centre, town and land train to Sewerby Hall. The staff there, in particular Nick and Steph were superb. They were helpful, welcoming, friendly, professional and so accommodating and understanding when I explained some difficulties I was experiencing. They even brought me a slow cooker and some extra bits for my extended stay there. They also kept the place spotless.

The bed was not as comfortable as it could have been and parts of the property were a little jaded - in need of refreshing.
