"A real gem!"

Everything was very straightforward, from contacting the host at the initial planning stage to checking out. The house is set in an excellent location. Even though Wells isn't very big, the house was only a few minutes walk from the main attractions, also close to shops, pubs and restaurants. The house itself is very well maintained and a lot of thought and care has gone into making guests' stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Highly recommended. Thank you!

A hand rail on the stairs and in the bathroom would be a good addition if feasible.

"In centre of Wells yet quiet location."

Excellent location with restaurants, cafes, bars, cathedral and Bishop's Palace within 2 to 10 minute walk. Property was comfortable and clean. Owners were very accommodating.

"V convenient location, clean and well laid out"

Location. Ease of using tv. Drying rack. Kind milk and snack, ( although 2 of 3 staying vegan, so used by the one veggie) ;)

Cushions smelled of someone’s feet. V steep stairs. Top room - open the window and smells from cafe/takeaway cooking filled room. V overlooked at front.
