Fabulous Beach Pad Just 20 Paces From The Sea

Centrally located. Beautiful view of the beach. On arrival, fresh flowers, milk in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom. Very clean inside and on the terraces. Kitchen was well equipped, everything we could wish for. Parking easy in the car park behind. We ate in the Catch restaurant below where we were given 10% off being residents. Would definitely return.

Visually on first sight very nice apartment inside and a wow view!!!perfect!! Nice touch milk in fridge & smellies in bathroom Fab manager and breakfast in restaurant downstairs- the catch

Access area full of weeds,wobbly hand-rail going up access stairs. Greeted at top of stairs with more weeds/dead plants and more importantly old bird poo over decking/chairs and table( dry old poo not fresh!)minimum 2 planks on decking sunk when stood on!Now inside all curtain poles either loose or missing ends and dirty curtains in dining area,loose shower head - was jammed in places when we got there for a reason!!! :-( mattress in main bedroom lumpy bumpy dips in middle - worst nights sleep we've ever had! Equally had to use sofa bed in lounge- also very lumpy bumpy very uncomfortable & was dusty ,stained and ripped on arrival! ( decent toppers would solve these problems) In lounge /dinner - middle top cupboard door didn't work,dirty drink-stained mugs x 3 ( we didn't use them) loose electtic socket by kettle ,dirty edges all along by cooker & fridge, fridge - no salad drawer & no bottom self on door!!!!oh and thought nice touch fresh flowers only to realise they were NOT fresh but old and in mouldy green water Think that is possibly everything. All not major things but considering the price charged this standard is appalling :-(

The view from the lounge and location were excellent

It was filthy. It had not been cleaned in what looked like, months!! The staff downstairs (restaurant owns the flat) were outright rude!!

Turned up and didn’t stay,the main reason for the visit was the balcony with sea views. No sea views you could see a bit of the countryside but the main thing you see is the bin area from the restaurant and the extraction fan that smells and very noisy blowing onto the balcony. Dodgy wiring and filthy oven. The sofas were not comfortable to sit on you could feel the springs. Very upset to not have our couple of much needed nights away in Cornwall.
