West facing and cold. Lack of a document describing how to operate the tv, where to deposit dustbin bags etc

Nice beds, clean apartment, staff that manage it very helpful, helped us check in really easily and super friendly

Very basically equipped, no kitchen knives, spare room is quite warm in summer as no fans / small windows
