Excellent location — close to all major tourist attractions and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The place was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare meals during our stay. The Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch, though there wasn’t a regular coffee maker for those who prefer to brew their own beans. We also appreciated the convenience of the private parking garage.

The condo entrance is located on the second floor, with the bedrooms on the third floor, so there are quite a few stairs to climb. It may not be ideal for older guests or families with toddlers. The bedrooms are compact, with limited space for large suitcases. Each room has a mini-split AC, though it did get a bit warm at night.

Absolutely stunning apartment, great location, private off road parking in huge garage. Washing machine and dryer, beautifully kitted out kitchen with endless coffee pods, balcony, comfy seating. Immaculately clean, great location. Highly recommend.

A little more information. BBQ outside garage - was it for our use? Which washing machine to use. Some maps or restaurant recommendations etc

Property was very clean, modern and had everything that we needed for our stay. The location was ideal.

Not having entry details prior to arrival. Had to chase the owner once arrived rather than beatable to enter immediately.

"Pleasant and comfortable home feeling condo!"

I liked the comfort, cleanliness, and the fact that it had a washer and dryer. We stayed for a week so we used the kitchen well equipped with what we needed. Plus it was close to the airport and the MCRD. Completely Loved It!

The stairs were a little hard just because my son hurt his knee at the beach and it was hard to carry our big luggage.

Top Lage, Küche und Essbereich sehr großzügig. Lage TOPPP um San Diego zu erkunden. Fühlten uns sicher in dieser Lage.

Hmm, fast optimal. Allerdings: Schlafzimmer und Betten sehr klein. Aus dem Koffer kann man nicht leben, der muss auf die Seite, sonst kann man sich nicht ums kleine Bette bewegen. Diverse Küchen Utensilien sind defekt oder unappetitlich, Da die Weichmacher im Kunststoff hinüber sind. Bei uns war der Abfluss der Spüle verstopft. Scheint ein generelles Problem zu sein, da der Laminat in diesem Küchenbereich wegen Wasserschaden, defekt ist.
