Please notet that you must keep noise levels down after 10 PM to respect our neighbors. Common Areas: Please note that our lovely shared spaces—living room, kitchen and dining room, event room, deck, and the wrap-around porch—are here for your enjoyment. After using these areas, please tidy up. We want everyone to feel at ease, so let’s keep them clutter-free. Kitchen and Dining Room: The heart of our home! If you’re using the kitchen or dining room, we ask that you clean up afterwards. Respect Our Home: We’ve poured our hearts into maintaining this Victorian gem. Please treat it with care, just as you would your own. No worries—our antique furniture is sturdy, but let’s avoid spills and scratches. Gatherings and Dinners: We love hosting gatherings! Feel free to organize events, dinners, or get-togethers. Just remember to keep the atmosphere warm and respectful. No Loud Parties: While we encourage socializing, we kindly request no wild parties. Our home is a tranquil oasis, and we want everyone to enjoy their stay. No Smoking or Candles: For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Additionally, please refrain from using candles due to local ordinances. Your Host Todd: Local safety regulations mandate for the host to be available to guests for assistance. Todd is just a phone call away to answer any questions and offer assistance. He will be staying nearby to greet you and to respond to your every need.
