GBAt the time of our booking, the property was completely falsely listed. It is not a rental unit you are booking, but shared accomodation; it was not listed as such anywhere on booking.com. It also advertised free parking onsite, this was also not available as we were told it is for residents of the building, not people who are staying, which I believe is a technical loophole they used to make the booking seem better. Furthermore, the building itself was not anywhere near finished, with exposed wires and MDF in the lift; the whole building looked like an active construction site. We also had to wait two hours to collect our keys, and the owner was entirely unhelpful and would not communicate with us and kept telling us it would only be 10 minutes more. Furthermore the cancellation fee is the entire cost of booking (which is stated before booking), we tried to waive the fee for the reasons stated above, the owner refused to talk to us at all and denied the waiver. I would not recommend booking to stay here at all, we were so uncomfortable we chose to stay somewhere else for our trip to Luxembourg, it is a complete waste of your money.
