Цілком новий будинок у затишній вулиці. Дуже зручно якщо маєш свій автомобіль, до центру Сучави 10 хв. Облаштоване подвір'я, є гриль, батут(для нас це був бонус). Всередині чисто, рушників вистачає, є засоби для прибирання. Котел працює автономно, завжди комфортна температура. Кухня обладнана технікою, посуду достатньо. При заїзді і виїзді ми переписувались із власником, з ним можна було вирішити усі питання. Нам усе сподобалось.
