Location always a key when choosing

The blinds were broken obviously for a long time Window needed to be fixed due to leak. mat in lounge still wet and needs cleaning No heater but one was supplied before I left old panel heater in wardrobe needs to be discarded

The location, the beauty of the unit.

The couch needs to be fixed. The couch sinks when you sit. The TV lost connection with Network and I was unable to connect it again for 2 days
