Staff is polite. Location is good.

Shower was not working and the bathroom partition glass door was broken. Just because we make an online reservation that should not mean they can give any room with damages or malfunction. First time when we stayed , everything was good. Last week stay was just passable

The room was very neat, staff was very very helpful also allowed us for a bit early check-in. Location is very comfortable as it is in the city. Visited as couple and very satisfied.

Cleanliness

Only one cup and one soap provided, even though the room is booked for dual occupancy. Parking facility not proper, I was woken in the middle of night to park my car in the new location
