L2 City Centre Loft with AC

Only the location is good, right in the city center

It was a total nightmare. First of all, it's not the entire apartment that you rent. It's only the tiny studio with very steep staircase, and you share the bathroom and the toilet with 4 other studios. So when we came there, it was a bad surprise for us. PLEASE READ OTHER COMMENTS BEFORE RENTING since they don't tell about shared bathroom and toilet in the description. The cleanliness of the toilet and the bathroom... well, it doesn't exist, it wasn't cleaned frequently. Same applies to the studio itself: there was old clothes left in the closet, maybe from the previous tenants, the storage room was really dusty, even the walls are old and dirty. It's also not enough sunlight or fresh air since the window looks at the inner yard. Tenants of other studios were really loud, sometimes drunk, they couldn't calm down even after we kindly asked them to do it. On top of that, the owners of the studio don't care about tenants. Once they changed the entrance door code without telling us, so we couldn't get inside the studio for a while until I gave them a call and asked what's the issue. Overall, it doesn't cost much in general, but I would pay much less for the accomodation like it. Please think twice before renting it.

The bathroom had a wierd smell, some furniture is damaged.

The location of this place is absolutely superb, making it an ideal spot for easy access to everything you need. However, there are a few trade-offs to consider. The space is a bit tight for three people, which can make it feel cramped at times. Also, the lack of windows means there's no natural light coming in, which might be a downside for those who enjoy a bright, airy atmosphere. That said, the apartment is newly furnished, and everything is in pristine condition. The modern furnishings and well-maintained amenities contribute to a comfortable stay, despite the limited space and lack of sunlight. If location and up-to-date furnishings are your top priorities, this could still be a great choice for you.
