iVACAZ - Pagosa on the Golf

⭐☆☆☆☆ Would Not Recommend — Unable to Check In and No Response We booked this property expecting a normal hotel stay, but it turned out to be more of an Airbnb-style setup with no front desk or staff on site. When we arrived, we couldn’t get in — there were no clear check-in instructions and the property manager did not answer our calls. We also contacted Booking.com for assistance, but even they were unable to reach the manager. After waiting for over 30 minutes with no response, we decided to continue our trip to Durango instead. Unfortunately, the property owner refused to issue a refund, even though we were never able to access the room. Very disappointing experience and poor communication. Would not recommend booking here unless the management greatly improves responsiveness and check-in procedures.

Room is in an annex to private house. It's a B&B without the breakfast during the week Greeted by 3 dogs, one of which was aggresively playful Yard is a bit chaotic, but nothing compared to the interior of the house Location is on the golfing area of Pagosa Springs but has nothing to do with any golf course Fridge and heater in room were very noisy, so it's difficult to get a restful night's sleep No dining or breakfast options within walking distance

Great spot. Very comfy bed and INCREDIBLE shower. Place was super clean and comfy. Fabian and her son were very sweet hosts. Had ALL the amenities you could want or need.

The property was beautiful, clean, and accommodating!

The hostess was excellent in communication and contact. The property was clean, had the extras, and an amazing shower.

The WIFI was down but that was not the fault of the hostess.

Beautifully finished space. Host is very friendly and great.

The windows in the small bedroom area wouldn’t open and we had to do a little finessing to get it to work. It’s mountains, so you don’t really need A/C as long as you have windows to open and a fan your good.
