GBIt was an absolute 5☆ location! Across the road from the beach/sea, with 2 mile promenade and 5 min walk into Bridlington centre. Lots to do in the area. You got a parking permit for one car too, it didn't guarantee a space, but free parking. Smashing view from large window, and kitchen window, you can have your morning cuppa in bed looking at the sea 🌊. nice new oven and carpets. Nice carpeted stairs leading to apartments.
Mattress on bed too small for base, uncomfortable. Shower head broken. Radiator in bathroom stuck on, no bulb in bedside light. All crockery/glasses odd, rickety unusable kitchen chairs. Kerb appeal; could do with steps sweeping and tidying the basement sections like the other buildings in the row, it sets a good impression 👍

Poor communication! No-one to speak to. Wondered once arriving if I would know how to get into the flat. Hot water difficult to obtain! No handsoap. No wine glasses. Compared to Airband b properties it was poor

The room didn’t seem to be properly cleaned,there were crumbs on the sofa and lots of spiderwebs in the kitchen and bathroom

the mattress did not fit base, no hot water in kitchen ,tiles broken in bathroom.but saying that it was well equipped and very clean,just sort this and we would visit again in a heart beat 💓
