Checkin was a disaster. I was given a wrong pin for the key box. As a result I had to wait outside in an extremely cold weather for more than an hour and I had to leave. I called 12 times but the line was always engaged. They replied only to what’s up. I cannot understand why they asked me to get keys. Just to cause problem. I stayed for 3 weeks and I never used them. The front door and the apartment door were always open / not good for safety and security. The kitchen was not always clean. It is being cleaned only once a week. Oven and fridge never cleaned. No bed light in the room.
