3-Bedroom Elegant and Spacious AC Apartment only for families, Prime Location, Just 100m from Main Road!

The location was very convenient , it was near bus stop walkable in 3-5 min .

Some suggestions could be , all 3 rooms were having AC , remote could have been numbered and placed at designated area . Also TV remote

The good thing is : 1. The host was in touch 2. Location is good. 3. Space is good for a family 4. Restaurants and needy shops are nearby.

A lot of things weren't so nice and didn't go well with me. 1. Bathrooms are not clean. The cabinets in two bathrooms were full of previous female occupants empty shampoo sashe and hairs, loofah and stuffs. Felt extremely filthy beyond words. 2. One common bathroom flush didn't work. 3. Electric kettle in kitchen had someone else's previously made bad tea. We couldn't use it. 4. The plates and cutlery in kitchen were not clean and chipped/broken. 5. Brush stands in a bathroom in a similar condition. 6. Cockroach in bathroom. 7. No lift facility. Be mindful if you are with family and with heavy luggage. 8. One set Toothpaste, soap in one bathroom. An ordinary towel in one. Either provide properly for all rooms and people or don't. I couldn't understand if it was for us or again left by previous occupants. 9. Bedroom cabinets too had stuff like hairbands and hairs. Yuk 10. Dining room chair broken. Be careful. 11. The Ironing facility, Washing machine not in apartment. 12. No balcony in our floor. 13. I didn't think the caretaker cared about cleanliness. Do clean after each occupant thoroughly. The host also needs to check on that. Hoping it's clean for next people because the space is good and needs to be maintained.

I liked the location of the property, polite staff and availability of basic needs such as water purifier, washing machine etc

Easy access, surrounded by many hotels, no interference from host at all.

The host was very responsive and available all the time, the house was very neat and clean with all the basic amenities as mentioned
