Good location, price is reasonable

The parking is located on level 10, which was quite difficult and uncomfortable to access, especially after a long day. On our first night, the air conditioning was leaking badly to the point where we couldn’t use it. However, maintenance was arranged and fixed the issue the following day, which we appreciate. Additionally, when we first arrived, the security staff at the lobby were not very friendly, which made the check-in experience less welcoming. Lastly, it would be helpful if a new broom could be provided in the room.

Comfortable bed. The swimming pool and gym are nice. Private parking was a plus. Communication was good and quick.

The apartment was quite dirty when we arrived. Extremely basic furniture and equipment. Poorly kept. A/C not properly working in the living room.

The room is spacious. Enough for 8 to 10 pax

There is no mirror in the room at all. If we want to wear our tudung, applying skincare or make-up, we néed to do it in the bathroom. There is no carpet. The host very strict. Not friendly and no room for negotiation at all esp. During check out time. We may stay in the same property in future but not with the same host
