Spacious Home Near Seafront & Train Station 5 Bed Sleeps 10- Central Penzance

Good location close to the train station and town centre l, it is a nice quiet area. Nice big property throughout. The layout of the house is ideal. Clean throughout and the house has modern decor downstairs.

Not enough freezer storage for the size of the house. It’s a small under counter one for a 4 bed house.. parkings a nightmare even in the winter months struggled to park down the street most of the time. One year out of date coffee pods in the cupboard nov 2024. Advised the hosts to avoid problems for future guests but got a bit of a snotty response back other than that hosts were helpful and good. Doors need replacing all are filled with filler and wood louse evidence in the doors. Door handle falls off in hand bedroom side in en suite bedroom. Landing light up stairs doesn’t work. Big clock on the kitchen doesn’t work and some utensils falling apart and no potato masher. It’s a beautiful house but needs minor basic works to make it worth the money paid.

Attractive period property very close to the town and seafront. Lots of space for our group of friends staying for the weekend.

Lack of wardrobes/clothes storage. Twin bedroom only has 1 double socket which isn't near the beds.

Lots of bedrooms and enough beds for our family Second floor bathroom was nice and roomy The reception room was great for kids (toddlers) to keep them contained The location near the station and shops were close by The coastal view was lovely to wake up to Laundry machine access was great to wash our laundry - we had to use google to learn how to use the washer and dryer. For the dryer setting, we use the cupboard setting. Others used the timed setting and clothes werent dry. Hosts were extremely responsive!!! Hosts provided us cribs which we were very appreciate for

Most of the mattresses were ikea brand and were not comfortable for this pregnant lady but the others found them comfortable. The master bedrooms bathroom was very small and the sink was really tiny so water kept coming out of the sink while we were brushing our teeth Having paper towels would have been great to help clean up the floor or more cleaning towels (which if there were any, were hard to find)

Lovely house, plenty of space, nice kitchen area, good and convenient location, very comfortable. We recommend it and would come again.

The house was great and the decor really nice. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. Close to the town centre, train and bus stations. Some good coastal walks nearby to Marazion and Moushole. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

En-suite shower very small and awkward to use as the shower head is fixed. No dressing table or wardrobe in a couple of rooms. Not enough Fridge space, cutlery or mugs for a house this size.

The property was perfectly positioned in the township of Penzance, 2min walk from everything with a sea view from the main bedroom. The 5 bedrooms are all generously proportioned with the master bedroom having a lovely ensuite. A great sized kitchen fitted with everything that you needed if you wanted to cook… we actually ate out as a group!! The laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer was a godsend for all our post swimming needs. The overall layout and decor of the whole house was second to none and all visitors were very impressed. Everything was reluctant to leave :)

Spacious, pleasant to live in. Near town centre, sea and train and bus stations….walking the easiest option for all.
