Diamond 72 apartment , Skopje City - Center, Diamond Residences, free parking

The apartment looked exactly as in the pictures. It is nicely decorated, fully equipped for either a shorter or longer stay. It's situated at the 9th floor of the building, in the central area. It's a 15 minutes walk to the central square. There are a couple of shopping malls right next to the building. There is one reserved spot in the (secured) parking area (the first 3 levels in the building), which was a top reason for which we choose the apartment. There is air conditioning and good wifi. The hosts were very kind and helpful, the whole family waited for us upon arrival and showed us the apartment. There was easy check in and check out.

The area can be noisy during the night due to traffic, but if you close the windows you don't hear it.

Very clean, so, so, so, so clean! I loved the design of the building and of the apartment.

Since another person was sleeping in the living room, we couldn’t turn on the air conditioning and had to sleep with the window open because it was extremely hot, and due to the noise from outside, I can say that I barely slept at all during the night. Another downside is that I was greeted by the whole family, which was a very awkward experience. The owner came with his wife and daughter. I would strongly recommend implementing self check-in and online payment!

First of all, I would like to say that the host and his wife were very good people and very caring. In fact, we were very pleased with the gift they bought us. The location of the apartment is in a very nice and modern area and you can reach many places on foot. The cleanliness and equipment of the apartment were also very good.

Super clean and amazing hosts. Toni was very attentive and walked us through the apartment. It was well equipped with everything you need as if it was your own apartment.

A little small with little luggage storage, but that is all.

Wonderful newly built apartment in the city center. Clean, nice and has everything you could need. There is also a large shopping center and many shops nearby. The accommodation also has an internal closed parking lot. Highly recommended. Thank you Toni!

Everything was superb. New and very modern apartment in the city center. The bonus is secured parking lot in building.

This was the most amazing accommodation we stayed in. The owner is great, apartment has it all, we really liked location, facilities and apartment was very very clean. We recommend it to everyone, and if we come to Skoplje we will allways stay in this apartment.

Yes. It's an extremely solid choice. The apartment feels fresh and inviting. The finish is flawless. The charming hosts really do go above and beyond. You're in for a treat! You may even be tempted to head downstairs to the Limak sales office... Cheers Tony and your lovely wife 💞
