IEThe location is fairly close to centre of Leeds. It's ideal for people going to matches as it's very close to football stadium. Communication with host very good. Beds were comfy.
There was a lot of waste bin bags at the front door that, by the end of our stay, was been eaten by cats. The shower leaked down into the kitchen wall. Wallpaper was peeling off walls and there were lots of cobwebs in the living area. The outdoor area was not separated from the neighbours and this kind of joined back yard was very, very run down. This is not a good place to bring a family for a relaxing stay. Maybe okay for a group going to the match but not for anyone looking to spend time in the house.

MYGBGBIt was exactly as advertised. Spacious, loads of room, all the amenities you’d expect. Didn’t actually spend too much time at the property but was good when we were there.
