the information received about keys, location, heating, contact details etc. caravan nice and spacious. able to put on heating when we wanted. no problems, very happy.

not able to get the Internet or make phone calls without big problems- we had a problem with the car and really needed it. but did know before we arrived we would have a problem.

Clean, tidy, comfortable sofas, heating worked well. Quiet area. Kitchen quite well equipped.

Igniter on gas cooker didn't work, so bought a pack of matches next day. Tv reception was very poor. But apart from that there was nothing to complain about.

The location was fine .nice and quiet .the staff were very friendly and helpful.Although there were no shops on site there was a nearby tesco open till late.

The caravan was nice but had to get television airel repaired as no picture .The decking step collapsed and was told by park to be careful when treading on it as it was a bit wonky .It looked as if the owners were updating everything though.

"We had a relaxing break and everything we needed was within walking distance."

The caravan was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. It was a bonus to have a mini freezer compartment for our ice cream. The bedding was lovely, clean and fresh and we didn't mind taking our own sheets and cleaning supplies. The location was quiet and easy to find.

The mattress in the main bedroom seemed to have a dip in the middle which meant the 2 of us constantly rolling into the middle of the bed which made it uncomfortable. And the outside decking and windows could do with a clean but the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. We couldn't get the TV to work with a good picture but we were out every day and didn't really need to use it.
