Clean and tidy. Tea/coffee facilities available upon arrival. Good location for access to Wembley

It was crowded

Contacted the host and requested early check in as was attending a concert that started early however due to cleaning was not able to guarentee this but was able to arrange to drop our bags off prior to the concert as the host wanted to ensure the cleaning was completed prior to our stay. The host also gave advice on how to get to Wembley from the accommodation by using buses to arrive. Once we had got at the accomodation to arrange drop off of bags, was contacted by the host to check everything was clean and tidy. Which it was, would definitely stay here again in the future.

Apartment was clean and ample for what we needed. Host was helpful when asking questions and parking was good. It served its purpose for what we needed but we wouldn’t stay again.

The noise of the residents upstairs was a real problem. We were awoken in the early hours due to banging from the upstairs residents. This was on both nights of our stay. We heard multiple people running up and down the stairs throughout the night - not great when you have young children asleep. Also, the location really isn’t as close to Wembley as indicated on the description. Most definitely not a 20 minute walk away.

To far away from amenities

Had no baking tray for oven also no bottle opener.upstairs flat was very noisy during the night.Beds were uncomfortable.Tv didn’t work in the bedroom.

Armann was really helpful and available !

There is not any table for 3, 4, 5 or 6 persons to eat at. It was not easy to dinner all together. There's just a standing table for 2 people. Not enough when it's a flat for 4 to 6 persons.

The cleanliness of our stay was fabulous! It exceeded all our expectations and our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and to our liking!

More lighting around the house could’ve been a little better for getting ready

Very clean, parking a bonus, just what we wanted for our short break, would definitely book again.
