GBLovely apartment easy check-in nice big view. Very comfortable good facilities in the room. Host was very easily contactable and hospitable.
Can’t say I didn’t like anything but the car park was 10 floors up. So it was a winding trip going up and down.
RUGBBryant the host was very helpful A bit of a wild card for us as no real reviews on Booking.com so we took a punt. Pics looked good. Good clear comms at all stages Few issues initially but sorted quickly Decent apartment in a decent location- Grabs easy to get- Jettys about 12 MYR but also a decent interesting walk - about 30 mins. Great views from large windows to the coast. We stayed 4 nights- apartment was adequate for our needs but would go up a level for us with a few extras: bedside table, bedside lamp, dressing table /console table ( nowhere to do hair or put anything) In general needs a refresh as decoration a bit tired. New bedding, pillows, duvet, sheets and towels required as very well worn. All easy to fix for not much cost- would make this top notch. Great washing machine and air conditioning Fire alarm went off during our stay- 9am- made us realise there were no instructions or protocols in place- this needs attention for sure ( everything was fine but …..) and flagged. Overall tho a very enjoyable stay in a fabulous city Thank-you Bryant for your helpfulness at all times and genuine desire to help make our stay as pleasant as possible :) even allowing us a late checkout as our flights had been changed. 10/10 for Bryant 😊
