"Superb"

Really nice spacious caravan. clean on arrival. Heating very effective. Positioned to the back of this Parkdean site, so nice & quiet. Near to a lovely beach and there are walks available.

"Keen to take extra money after paying for booking"

Location

Being advertised as dog friendly but after paying in full for booking was asked to pay extra £30 to bring my dog and after a weeks use they objected to a few dog hairs and charged me an extra £32 for a mattresses protector that had a dozen hairs on it.cleaner took pictures of every dog hair. Grass was waterlogged, couldn't park outside van ,ran out of gas in middle of the storm and nothing was open.

The property was beautifully clean. It’s nice that the place had proper seats to sit in rather than the usual bench style seats. The bed was very comfortable indeed.

Without the fire in the lounge area the caravan was a little cold.
