Location. Site was clean

Beds all need replacing as uncomfortable. Duvets and pillow cases looking old. Muck under sofas clesrly not cleaned. Fridge door broken so you had to lay milk down on shelf. Freezer so frozen couldn't open drawers. Cooker on worktop needed a good clean. Outside furniture unsafe and balustrade wobbly.

The layout of the caravan, the kitchen, the bathroom bedrooms was perfect.

Nothing really.

We absolutely loved our 2 night break away we didn't expect it to be as big as it was we honestly felt like we had comehome from home. The ensuite bath & shower room was a surprise as we just thought was one shower room and the walk in closet. Exceptionally clean inside no complaints with cleanliness right down to the cutlery and dishes. My 2 year old really enjoyed having the freedom of playing out in the balconies safely and our dog enjoyed it aswell. Beautiful location. All facilities worked as they should no issues there. Hard standing parking which is always a bonus. Duvets and pillows were clean aswell as were the matress toppers you provided. The site we stayed on was literally a walk away from all local amenities. So was really nice to to have to drive anywhere. As long as you guys keep the standards up we will come deffinatly book with you again. I had no complaints from my teenage children if anything they wished we could have stayed longer. And the double room is big enough for a travel cot which we provided ourselves. On the whole a really great stay thank you for letting us stay.

The double matress was a tad hard but didn't ruin our stay. My 67yr old dad slept on the sofabed he did mention that the matress was a bit thin and could feel the metal base underneath digging into his back. However this didn't ruin his stay he slept on the sofa as it was instead on our second night as he does suffer quite badly with arthritis. This point I will make is not so much a complaint its just to make you aware that some of the decking on the balconies is bowing and could probably do with a little clean out there and a little clean on the balcony pillars.

A beautiful spacious caravan, everything we needed for the perfect holiday, close to beach, veranda front and side so dog could safely sit outside, nice quiet park and not too commercial, very very clean on arrival, very friendly ducks outside, Tesco supermarket within 5 mins walking distance. Boiler broke whilst we were there however the maintenance team sorted it within 30 mins of reporting it.

Not sure if sky TV was supposed to be connected as there were 2 boxes but no hdmi cables plugged in, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable to sit on for more than 30 mins, the padding was quite thin in the seat cushions so it felt like you were sitting on the metal frame, also the pillows and quilts could be better quality.

Air conditioning

Looked very tired. sofas looked dirty and old. Dirty dishes in cupboard and cutlery looked grubby.Mattress uncomfortable and old.

Good size for a family, nice location for watching the ducks, good is was dog friendly

The boiler was not working the whole time we were there so no heating took 2 visits by engineers to rectify which took 4 days night time temp 2-3 degrees

Loved the location, really nice caravan - just perfect for me, my Nan and her dog.

Couple of small things that didn’t quite work - the corridor light didn’t come on so was a bit difficult getting to the toilet in the night and the shower head did stay up when adjusted on the pole.

A lovely holiday home, perfect for us and Spud the dog. happy holiday.
