Beautiful bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms. Gorgeous kitchen with all the appliances you need, and a large dining table. TVs in every room! Very spacious, with nest temp control..

The street itself is charming but a block from a bus stop and grocery store that gets a lot of homeless loitering, didn't feel super safe to walk the way at night. There's also only street parking here. Overnight is allowed 7p- 7a but daytime is 2 hours max without a permit, and they didn't provide a permit nor respond when I asked about it. So basically you have to move your car by 9a. Also, one of the bedrooms on the third floor doesn't have a closet or bathroom, and there's no hallway bathrooms on the upper floors. So anyone sleeping there would have to go downstairs from the third to the first floor to pee, and go into someone else's bedroom to shower. That fourth room is also the entry to the outdoor patio. So basically know that: - 2 bedrooms are gorgeous and each have large closets and an en suite bathroom - 1 bedroom is gorgeous with a huge en suite bathroom and a couple shelves but no closet or dresser - 1 bedroom is spacious but not really a bedroom, more just a room with a bed but no closet or bathroom, but it does have access to the rooftop patio.
