I liked the apartment as it was nice and clean. All the facilities were good such as microwave, oven shower etc. We had a problem with the electricals once, and the owner came straight away to resolve it.

Our flight to tenerife was a late flight and with us being in a different country it took us a while to get to the apartment. The owner of the apartment was not helpful at all. He said he won't be at the apartment and to check in the day after. This was a very stressful time for us as I had 2 kids and transportation at that time wasn't the best and the owner wasn't understanding at all. If the owner can't be there to check us in he should have had a solution to this as flights are 24hours. He was a good host but it ruined the start of our holiday.
