Incorrect entrance instructions. The house with check mark icon is at the end of the number code. We wasted almost 30 minutes trying to follow the instructions then they let us in electronically. We got a key from a lock box nearby and the next day figured out you have to hit the house with a check mark first then the 4 digits to open the door! Also the ad said the location was in Sullivans Gulch which is what I wanted. It is not in Sullivans Gulch. It is in Irvington! Geez! Duh! Walls are thin. You can hear conversations, sex, tv etc. You cannot see any of the house numbers from the street that's just dumb. We helped new move-ins find the front door but they could see the gate everything is so covered up so they came thru the far gate and navigated around plants to get to their front door. Why on earth would a property owner make this so hard! Uber could not locate the house. Ridiculous. The TV plug was a trip hazard so we moved the rug and put it under so no one would trip. The bathroom pull up handle ripped off the bathtub tile when my husband tried to use it. The company that makes this device is being sued by people who have been hurt trying to use it. Parking is a bear. The young couple next door had to park 3 blocks away and carry luggage etc. To the hidden numberless house with tissue paper walls.

To be quite honest and transparent, I did not like the neighbor at all anytime there was talking or walking around. She was banging on the walls, very disrespectful and interrupted my family time. She also came over and asked us to calm down. The talking TV was not on there was no music playing and we were talking as quiet as possible trying to have a very quiet family game night and 1705 came over to interrupt that and tell us to be quiet in a very rude way.
