the key for the rear door is not open the door from outside but it lock it and open from inside. i had to stay outside for an hour while it was raining to wait for my sister to come back with the front door key. also the communication with the host was not always responsive. we were given given wrong access code when we arrive to access the house keys that we needed to call the agent/host to keep trying other codes to finally get the keys to access the house. luckily the time was within the working hours of the agent. the alarm of the house went on the second day of our stay in the midnight we were not given the code to turn it off untill we requested it this was 1 am.
