The receptionist and technician on duty were responsive, helpful, friendly and offered to change my room without any fuss.

I had to change room because water heater was not working and water pressure on level 5 was just dripping. This place is a bit old and the walls are thin. But that is likely why the cost is reasonably affordable.

The toilet door knob is broken unable to lock, and the room is smells weird and bad. Unable to sleep well felt itchy.

Nothing at all

Property is horrible, not clean, uncooperative staff and overall not recommended, room was disgusting even bathroom was broken, the ac had spider webs, the room smelled like cigarette and to top of it off the bed sheet literally had a burn cigarette mark

There is no water supply.
