Excellent, great location for Concorde 2, where we attended a concert.

The location

Everything. The entrance was shabby & dilapidated, as was the furniture and the curtains and the decorative state was poor. The windows and doors were difficult to keep open. None of the diffuser bottles had any contents. There was only 1 knife,Fork,spoon. There was no welcome pack or visitors guide, therefore we did not have WiFi code and host never answered our sms messages or calls. To cap it all the electricity cut off Monday evening and never came back on, forcing us to leave earlier. We checked the fuse box but all was ok as was the rest of the house and the road. Expect a sizeable refund if not compensation

Location was great, generally clean modern flat.

Where do I start, it said it had 3 beds. It only had 2! We wouldn't have booked it if this was the case. Ended up having to share with someone I wasn't comfortable sharing with, which lead to a rubbish night sleep. The windows in the living room area didn't even close properly so the noise of the street was loud, throughout the night. There was no consideration from the people in the flat above, coming in at 3am, slamming doors and stomping feet. No information on how to work WiFi, so missed an important call whilst I was there due to no signal in the building! I tried to contact the host but no reply on either mobile or booking.com message. No hand or bath towel in the bathroom, no tea towel so couldn't dry the cutlery up after the breakfast.

Hosting no existing,the part of the house is really old style and outside the door need to fix because is always open.

Really good location. From reading the previous reviews we were unsure of the stay but when we arrived it was beyond our expectations. You could tell the owner improved, the place was clean, very spacious, had everything you needed for a short stay. We got a good night sleep, bed were comfortable and bed sheets were clean. We could not have asked for any better considering the price we paid.

We struggled a little to get the sofa beds out since we had no instructions and have not come across one before. The place only had one toilet paper which wasn’t brand new so we did have to go buy some more, not really a massive deal… we just realised it ran out at the wrong moment 😬

The location is nice

These are the issues which we have encountered all from the less than 24 hours that we have stayed here: • the smell of weed filling the corridors as soon as we arrive, which was also in the apartment • ⁠the creepy neighbours downstairs preeing on the fact there were women staying here alone. • ⁠party in the basement causing a lot of noise and disturbance. • ⁠the broken curtains which let in light when people are trying to sleep there. • ⁠we encountered blood stained sheets when we went to make the bed last night in the living room. • ⁠the fire place in the master is disgusting cleanliness wise • ⁠there are marks on the wood that have come away and nothing been done about it. • ⁠the general cleanliness of the place such as dirt on skirting, old toothpaste dried on the walls, dirty flooring is appalling and with the sheet on the front door saying that the place hasn’t been cleaned since 19th it really does show. • ⁠the toilet seat is too small for the toilet. • ⁠stains in the kitchen on the wall where the bin is that have just been left • ⁠sharp stairs with the wood from the top step coming away. • ⁠bed is very very uncomfortable and the ‘protector’ is covered in yellow stains. • ⁠marks on the flooring not caused by us but looks like it’s not even been attempted to be cleared up. • ⁠the second door, which does into the living room doesn’t even have a lock on it so anyone could attempt to enter which was very discomforting.

We have laid a complaint with both the host and booking.com regarding the fact that there were only 2 mugs, 2 wine glasses and one teaspoon!!! The WiFi instructions were not given to us snd we had to send emails to get the code and usage directions. We were promised mugs etc to be delivered by the host at lunchtime on our 2nd day - we went back to the gnat expecting them and waited for them - nothing arrived ! I have an email confirming this email. I was told that I would hear back from booking.com regarding a refund when they speak to the host- I’ve received no email as yet!
