Nice view, I was stay at 37th floor. Near to market and restaurants.

I can't cook, I already ask the staff to prepare something that I can cook there. Plus, the aircond and fan very dusty, make me sneeze everytime. Hopefully cleaners use fabreze to kill my germs. The staff also ask deposit for stay, well this is the first time I stay at Atlantis Residence that need to pay deposit. Before this, we're only deal with Booking.com and no need to pay deposit when we stay at Atlantis.

1. The parking area was dark. 2. The lift service is very poor and slow. 3. The customer service is poor. I asked about iron, then he asked me to contact the previous guest by myself because the last guest brought the iron to another unit. He said he cannot do anything since it is the guest problem not him. 4. Price advertising and price during payment are a huge difference (around RM100 because u need to pay for cleaning RM65). But the toilet glass is dirty, the comforter smelly. 5. The sofa bed is very dirty. Watermark everywhere. 6. The fridge is also not cleaned properly. 7. You need to pay a security deposit of RM200 (quite high amount compared to hotel) before you are able to proceed with visitor entrance registration. 8. Toys do not really like the advertisement.

We had a pleasant stay at this homestay. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the balcony — we could clearly see the sea, accompanied by beautiful cloud formations that made each morning feel serene. The house itself was cozy and thoughtfully decorated. My children especially loved the themed bedding featuring Pikachu and Mickey Mouse — a delightful touch that added to their excitement. The air-conditioning was cold and worked well throughout our stay, ensuring a comfortable environment even during the hot afternoons. The host was friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Another convenience was the availability of a water filter, which made it easy for us to access clean drinking water at all times. Overall, a great place for a family getaway. Would definitely recommend!

One small point for improvement would be the pillows, which were a bit too thin for our comfort. With slightly firmer or fuller pillows, the overall experience would have been even better.

Decorating in the house is pleasure

Only 3 lifts function for 40 levels each levels about 40 units u can imaging how clouded it be. And the owner charge me for the late out in fact i been waiting for almost 1 hours for the lift to be my turn..... Speechless And he say he already mentioned in earlier. Double the speechless.

I'm as a mom of tiny baby would like to suggest if you can provide a swinging chair for babies.. Maybe just for family booked with a babies
