My kids love the waterpark.. have a big pool and suitable for kids below 6 years old.. the location also easy to go town and pantai klebang.. The room also clean and have great night view.. surely will repeat again.. tq host

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the accommodation experience I had at your property, which I booked via Booking.com. The series of events that transpired on the night of June 1st, 2024, have left me and my family extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Upon our arrival at 9 PM, I followed your instructions for self-check-in and proceeded to the mailbox labeled D-37-01 to retrieve the key. To my dismay, the key was not there. After contacting the supervisor, I was initially told that the key should have been in the mailbox. This mistake required me to wait for several hours with my family until the issue was resolved. During this period, the supervisor suggested that we go out for dinner or visit Jonker Walk to pass the time, despite it being 10 PM. I found this suggestion highly inconvenient and opted to wait until the matter was settled. It was eventually revealed that another tenant was occupying the unit due to a mix-up with the password system. This situation was perplexing and highly unprofessional. After several hours of waiting, we were finally given access to another unit, B-37-01, as a temporary arrangement. However, upon entering this unit, it was evident that it was not prepared for new guests. The bed sheets were messy, there were used glasses on the table, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. This was unacceptable and contrary to the standards expected of any respectable accommodation provider. When I contacted the supervisor again to report the condition of the substitute unit, I was met with an indifferent response and was told that they did not know what could be done as they had already left for the night. They suggested that we stay in the unclean unit, which I refused. Eventually, a cleaner was sent, but it was apparent that the bed sheets were not changed, merely folded back. While I appreciate the effort to send a cleaner at that hour, the overall situation was far from satisfactory.

Perfect choice for family with young kids as its decorated to the Mickey theme even up to the house deco props. There's also a play tent near TV area. Checking in and out was no-hassle at all.

Pool was closed for maintenance and wasn't informed earlier.

Really love the room decorations. All my daughter really love it. Enjoy staying at there... The night & morning view is awesome. The hotel clean and good.

The hotel facilities is not okay. Take a holiday for my children swimming. But the swimming pool cannot use because under maintenance. Really disappointed. All my children ask when can we swimming. Until night want to sleep also they ask again because want to swim... Really disappointed.
