Location, location, location! Having a young son obsessed with the beach and swimming in the pool, it was a convenience to have it in the backyard! Also located not too close nor too far from the boardwalk and close by convenience stores and food!

We did not mind this but reading the reviews beforehand we were a little nervous. People expected a hotel experience more than a property rental. There were minor blemishes but it made it feel more like home and comfortable than a stuffy hotel. Would have liked a couple more rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags for a family of 5 staying for several days. But we walked across the street to the convenience store and made it work!

This place was beautiful as I knew it would be we stayed here once before. Everything is walking distance we were not up high at all and the ocean view I can't wait to get back ❤️ everything you need was right in the room as if you were home

The location

The maintenance man spent as much time in our room as we did. I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned. There weren't enough towels and they wanted to charge for extra towels. There was a leak that left a poodle in the kitchen when we arrived, but the maintenance guy couldn't find it. The poodle was on the floor again the next morning and the maintenance guy had to return.The light over the dining table didn't work. Some of the sockets didn't work.

The condo was absolutely filthy there was a piece of fried chicken under the side table in the living room, there were hairs gunked up in the corners of everywhere because the cleaner was too lazy to move and get under things

Show up to date pictures, the condo is not as nice as when it was first remodeled. If you are going to paint everything white then make sure it’s cleaned!

location was amazing. Beautiful view and close to everything on the main strip. Two pools and two hot tubs. Property Manager was very friendly!

There is no check in or front desk. we weee not given the code to enter the building. Mattresses were very old and very dirty. we used are own air mattress instead. Room had definitely been smoked in. Only trash dumpster is across the street behind the parking garage.
