Es un apartamento muy cómodo aunque no hay calefacción en la habitación, está arriba en la zona de estar. Pero buenas vistas, buena terraza, buenas instalaciones en la urbanización. Bien acondicionado. Buena tv con muchos canales.

Nadie se puso en contacto conmigo a la llegada. Tuve que gestionarlo sola y tampoco contestaron cuando quise alargar mi estancia. También hay vecinos muy pegados que se escucha todo y en los alrededores mucha basura.

Die Lage eine Zumutung Der Weg zur Anlage staubig , voller Müll kaputte Autos und Motorräder… Parken fast unmöglich… uns wurde in der ersten Nacht das Auto zerkratzt. Wir haben uns dann in Estepona Zentrum ein neues Apartment gemietet. Wir haben zwar dann doppelt bezahlt aber wir konnten nicht mehr da hoch fahren … beim nächsten mal schaue ich besser wo die zu vermietenden Wohnungen sind

Please, save yourself the disappointment, stress, and danger — book literally anywhere else. **Location – isolated and dangerous** If you imagine Estepona and Andalusia as beaches, palm trees, and lively seaside vibes, forget it. This place sits on a barren hill, completely cut off from civilization. There is nothing nearby: no shops, no cafes, no services. Getting there is an ordeal — the GPS cannot find the correct route, and if you arrive in the evening, you drive in complete darkness, on gravel roads full of potholes, with not a single streetlight in sight. It feels like a horror movie setting. **Arrival – total chaos** The owner sent us a video showing how to enter the property and then collect the key. Except when we arrived, the main gate was locked. We were stuck outside in 40°C heat, with no one to let us in. The cruel twist? The key needed to open the gate was inside the property — the very place we couldn’t access. This setup is beyond absurd. **Parking – nonexistent** Forget about safe or clean parking. Cars are left in dirt and dust outside, as you cannot even drive into the property. Unloading luggage is a nightmare. **Safety – zero** The design of the complex means anyone can walk right up to your veranda/balcony and enter your apartment. There is no sense of security whatsoever. **Check-out – insult to injury** On departure, the owner expects guests to collect and dispose of their own trash. And not just inside the complex — you literally have to drive around with garbage bags in your car, hunting for a distant dumpster. Completely unacceptable for a paying guest. **Final verdict** This is not a holiday rental. This is a **hilltop ghetto**, an isolated trap disguised as accommodation

The apartment was and modern with vary good

Kitchen cupboard door was broken reported as we arrived and was left unattended till we left.there was iron as advertised we had to buy one. No smoke alarms very dangerous. I paid for a 2 bedroom apartment clearly shown in the photos of my booking my family could not come over to visit me nowhere to sleep as it was only 1 bedroom access to bedroom very very dangerous no handrails very steep slippy
