5 minutes from Loch Lomond - Recently Renovated in 2023 Ground Floor 1-Bed Flat

Arrived at the flat and the key pad entry system was so easy to use. The flat was super clean and had most of things you would need for a few days away such as plates, towels ect. The flat is a great size and is very well decorated. The owner was very helpful and polite, he was always prompt at answering any questions we had during our stay.

The flat is on a main street next to a busy road so all you can hear all day is traffic noise . The bed was so uncomfortable it gave me and my husband back pain during our stay and even for a few days after we got home. During the night the neighbours had there tv up so loud we could hear it through the bedroom wall which kept us awake and the boiler which is in the bedroom cupboard would start up during the night even though the heating was off. Unfortunately due to these issues we won't be staying here again.

The TV didn’t seem to be connected to the internet and the welcome pack was tucked away, hence not knowing how to get the heating going until I discovered the wall thermostat. But the whole flat then warmed up really fast! 😀

Large apartment

Clean, small apartment with large kitchen. It is a 5 minute drive to Loch Lomond and there are several shopping facilities within walking distance. The self check-in was easy.

Beautifully decorated flat, modern and clean and spacious. All facilities there. Tv and Wi Fi worked well. As it said on the tin, five minutes from Loch Lomond.

Comfortable sofas and bed. Spacious kitchen. The owner allowed us to have a late check out.

The bathroom sink took a little time to drain but I told the cleaner when she arrived.

The apartment is in an old building, you can hear every neighbour. It may be recently renovated but it's not modern. There was no coffee or tea, what I never experienced anywhere in the UK before. But the most disturbing thing was that there was not even soap, to wash hands. The town itself was on monday evening like a ghost town. Except of a few fast food or takeaway places there was nothing open, no bar, no restaurant, absolutely nothing. For a relatively cheap overnight it is Ok, but nothing more.
