No washing machine, no complimentary even just a water, no front person to talk to only to contact at booking chatroom, the space is small, there’s a used cotton buds inside the drawer seems like they didn’t clean, and i got bedbugs bite on the bed. And lastly, this property deducted me twice the price of booking payment and they said they are not the on who deducted, its the booking platform but at least they should have help us how to refund and return my money.

Its a nice and convenient place to stay .

It's a huge hassle when the owner fails to respond timely and it's sad that we need to wait for a very long time before we get our gate pass.

We loved the location and how beautiful and comfortable the accommodation was.

Great sized room with a full kitchen and utensils provided. WiFi and Netflix was available. Great pool and Gym amenities.

The mattress is getting a little old and the springs are starting to be felt. It was missing a washing machine.

I realized on the last day, that the window was open a bit and couldn't be closed. It was broken. I woke up everyday with a bad quality of sleep. I heard all the horns of the cars, the airplanes flying over the condo sounded like it was flying in front of my window. The airconditioning was full of dust. blowing it into the room obvisouly got into my breathing. This is unacceptable. The bed was hard. Felt the springs. De

Had a drop off and pick up area for guest. The location was great. Lots of stores/restaurants nearby. The room itself was fine. Nice kitchen area.

Very little toiletries were provided. There were also cobwebs above the shower.

The owner of the unit is very helpful and nice. She did help me solve the problem I'm having with the security guards and front desk.

Security guards are so mean, unprofessional and disrespectful to us. They are not a good dealing with a commonsense issue to solve during that time. They are giving me a hard time when it's easy to solve. They not supposed to treat the guest unfairly and unethical. I never encounter a person like them. No commonsense at all. Management must need to train their employee well and with commonsense. Management needs to work 24/7 for emergency situation like what happen to us. Cockroaches are crawling in the lobby. Guard and maintenance people just ignoring it. The fire alarm keeps going off. When I reported it to the guard he got an attitude. The other guest saying that it's been like that almost every day that we stayed.
