Location is good. Staff is friendly. Unit is clean and modern

Pillows too high

The fact that its walking distance from Lost World and that i can rest in the house while my kids enjoying in theme park. And not forgetting Netflix.

They dont have convinience store. I would suggest to have 1 in Sunway Onsen itself.

The house is clean and comfortable. A nice view from balcony and swimming pool

The kettle has broken . Others all great.

perfectly formed apartment. small but with everything we needed for our family of five and much better than a hotel room as we had a living area and kitchen. spotlesslessly clean. comfy beds. washing machine very helpful after the water park. amazing location next to the water park. helpful check in instructions - good to have a number of someone to contact for help but we didn't need anything. amazing pool and gym facilities

very grumpy security guard who didn't like our childrens' rash vests and insisted they were not allowed despite it being clearly on the list of acceptable swimwear and despite all the other children in the pool wearing the same kind of thing but a bit tighter. gave us a hard time about it for about twenty minutes! also difficult to get any food. had to cross an incredibly busy three lane fast road to get to a couple of small restaurants. once mall is built, there will be lots of choice but currently no shops or restaurants unless yoy walk for 10 to 15 minutes

very clean, comfortable, spacious and well managed. they followed my request for higher floor room too. totally satisfied
