Having no wifi at the property was a bit disappointing, as service on our phones were bad, so couldn’t contact anyone we needed to

The caravan was clean and we could see the sea from our decking , loved the big comfy proper sofas

Didn’t have a key fob to get in and out of caravan park had to keep ringing the reception bell near the barriers to be let in which wasn’t a problem even after hours someone always answered ,maybe I was supposed to collect one from reception

Location was good for the Wedding venue we were attending. Had a shop and restaurant a 10 minute walk away. Parking space next to the caravan

The freezer drawers were full of water upon our arrival so we couldn't put our frozen shopping away straight away. There wasn't any WiFi in the caravan and the WiFi was poor around the caravan park. We weren't given a fob to open the barrier at night, when we drove back

The apartment was neat when we got there

Nothing. Spoilt our Christmas leave

Please be aware that the owners had stayed at the caravan and left it as if they were still staying there. The caravan had old muddy boots and shoes inside the caravan door. The freezer was filled with old food. The fridge had half consumed bottles of alcohol and out of date food. The microwave had finger marks on the front. The main bed mattress topper has brown stains. The main bedroom had clothes in the wardrobe and drawers were filled with clothes. Their were also bottles Christmas alcohol in the walk in wardrobe. Worst of all their was no heating or gas to the oven. It turned out that both bottles of the gas supply had been left empty. So no heating, no not water, no way to wash properly or clean. When we complained C2 holidays ( Ross) apologised and tried to help. A kindly C2 maintenance employee was on-site within the hour he was disgusted at how the owners had left the caravan and loaned us a bottle of gas of his own from his caravan. He happened to be on the site closing down his caravan. Even with gas the oven did not work. So we could not cook even if we decided to stay. My wife is registered disabled (Arthritic) and we left after 2 hours of arriving for our stay. We were informed that the owners had decided to temporarily be out of cleaning contract and maintenance contract with C2 holidays and lean and run the caravan themselves. They did neither, left us with appalling customer service. If they are renting to the public then they should leave it in a condition/ facilities for the customer as advertised. C2 holidays were not to blame as they were relying on the owner to clean and maintain when renting. I took photos of all the above issues to keep for refund purposes and to warn other potential customers. Unless something drastically changes I would warn all holiday customers to steer clear of this caravan. We were promised a refund support by C2 via booking.com and are still waiting. Were not given a fob for the entrance barrier and had to wait 30 minutes for security to open it. Not good

Booked this last minute after our original caravan was cancelled by the owner. Was a bit worried after reading one review that said it smelt of dogs, it did not. It is a lovely caravan, great view and location and plenty big enough. Bed was really comfortable which is unusual. Kitchen well equipped. Yes it is a bit worn but nothing major and we are booking again.

The shower is very slippery so you need a anti slip mat which is not provided. The bottle shelf in the fridge door was broken. The bathroom door needs adjusting as it only shuts if you pull it hard. The gate on the decking has dropped. Also no mop to wash the floors.

Sorry To say But smelly inside ,to many Dogs Hair,stain of wee in the carpet,Sofa smells dog, clean your hoover is so smell bad if you using it
