Accoglienza splendida e massima disponibilità. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici, gli ambienti sono ampi e le camere pulite. Ottima per soggiorni di più giorni.

Il parcheggio è in strada e gli ambienti un po' bui. Non è proprio a ridosso delle strade centrali principali, ma comunque raggiungibili a piedi.

Location is perfect for getting into the busy parts of the city. It is close to the water front, in a quiet street so offers a nice quiet experience. A bit of both. The host was very welcoming. Communication was perfect.

Siamo stati veramente bene.. Casa pulitissima attenzione ai dettagli e un cortiletto che e' un incanto. Abbiamo trovato una cordialita' speciale Nell accoglierci e siv Curamente torneremo presto in questa struttura. Comoda al centro.. Attaccata all orto botanico e lungomare. Infine... Top!

Per l' uso della lavatrice c' d ' un costo di 5 euro a lavaggio se si soggiorna meno di 4 notti

"Чистейшая квартирка, хозяйка сделала все возможное, чтобы мы быстро получили ключи, все очень комфо."

Шикарное расположение, чистейшая квартира. Хозяйка такая умница, на все очень понравилось. Рядом с квартирой находятся все нужные магазины, булочная, море, минусов мы не обнаружили. Жили ровно неделю вернёмся обязательно ещё раз и будем всем советовать.

The location couldn’t be better – every major point of interest in Palermo is easily reachable on foot. We loved discovering new corners of the city by taking different routes every day – Palermo truly never stops surprising you! The apartment is simple, but perfect for a couple – just what we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host, Romina, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with great advice while still respecting our privacy. She made our stay even more enjoyable with her thoughtful recommendations.

After 15 wonderful days in Palermo, it’s hard to find anything we didn’t like. Just be prepared for some loud fireworks on weekends – a true Sicilian tradition. For us, this wasn’t really an issue; on the contrary, it was fascinating to experience how the local communities celebrate their holidays in such a unique way.

Very clean and comfortable unit. The private owners are very attentive to any needs, communicate proply.

The area is pretty dirty with a lot of homeless people living in the square.
