The staff was polite.

Kitchen closes at sharp 10pm. I couldn't place my order at 10:02pm. Property is not properly maintained.Both the mirrors in our room as well as washroom had stains on it. No toiletries were provided for our entire stay of 4 nights. Breakfast in morning had just 2-3 options and the fruits were stale. Breakfast plates were yellowish and need to be replaced ASAP.I told the staff regarding the same. Avoid the trendy room at all costs. very small,kind of dingy. Beds are not at all comfortable. Had a backache after 2 nights .

The staff of the Hotel is amazing. Everyone from the GM to security are extremely polite and will take care of the guests with a smile.

The towels were dirty even when we asked to change them, safe and air condition did not work.

Parking facility as it’s just parking on the lane which leads to the property and no dedicated parking
