I don't know how to start, first of all, it was very hot, the deposit is no longer returned, they give you two cigarette butts and tell you that you smoked inside the property, and you no longer receive the deposit, avoid the place as much as you can if you don't want to take part of a terrible experience. Location was terrible with smack heads always on the local, very nearby streets, roads. Made us feel very insecure and unsafe. Honestly not much to like at all. Overpriced totally. Far from good

Sold as Studio. Guess size matters. More like cramped box room. Bed was uncomfortable and very noisy. Barely enough room to move around. Area where based was very rough and not good. First choice of parking they advised us was hotel which we found to be residence for crack heads in recovery, folk hit rock bottom and yeah. Many wandering streets nearby of which you can walk to this hotel from residence within few strides. When asked in this establishment if I could pay for the parking the reception lady had no clue what I was talking about. We then entered the paid for establishment. Very steep stairs so please be very careful if you decide to stay in this place. The regular texts, emails and website stuff from Stay was fantastic. Informative and very useful and helpful. We then entered the "Studio" aka box room. We were shocked tbh. We chose to avoid holiday inn, etc cause we wanted a decent studio. Home from home. Our shed is bigger. Very cramped. Barely enough room. Me and my girlfriend are not large nor obese, yet one of us had to get on bed to get passed or leave the so called kitchen area to get to bathroom. Yeah, the bathroom door is next to fridge and microwave. Immediate to bathroom door is the toilet. Talk about cramming evedything in. Wot on earth, why even do that. Out of all the years I have stayed in places around the world this is so far the absolute worst. Everything looked new. But this is just so wrong. I certainly will never be staying here again. I booked this with my partner trust in me. Now she says she will book everything. I got it so wrong. I truly wished I now paid £20-30 and gone in commercial hotel. This was horrid and sad mistake. Cost us more in end as we avoided area and room and stayed out until closing time so only needed sleep and get straight out asap once awake. Glad only invested money for 3 nights. Did come very close on first night to searching around for other accommodation. Terrible mistake.
