4 bedrooms Penthouse 50 meter to the beach by Dream Escapes

It's a nice penthouse with 4 bedroom, spacious sitting room.ký.Outdoor area is quiet .Prime locations to the sandy pereybere beache.. Happy I spent 2 nights wish I stay longer.. Warm welcome polite staff and cleaning lady is nice too

Only the stairs was the only issue..

We have booked the Penthouse several times now for our guests and they are always delighted. It is always immaculately clean and Karine looks after our guests very well. The location is excellent, so close to the beach. Would not hesitate to recommend it.

The bedroom furniture is a little dated but exceptionally clean

Our family of 6 adults had a great stay in the lovely 4 bedroom penthouse. We were looking for an accommodation big enough to fit the 6 of us and we were pleasantly surprised to see the 4 double bedrooms in this apartment which provided ample space and comfort to all of us. The check in process was very smooth with the super helpful Karine. The agency fixed the AC in 1 of the bedrooms the same day we reported the issue. The apartment was ideally located across the road from the amazing Pereybere beach and within a stone throw away from all the restaurants and bars of the area. Kitchen amenities were excellent. Funnily my brother forgot his new trainers in the apartment after we checked out and Karine was kind enough to keep it and handed it to us at a later date. Great experience, great apartment and fantastic management. Will highly recommend it!

The penthouse is on the second floor and without a lift, it's not easy for older people. The bedrooms and bathrooms could have been improved with more light. The balcony was quite noisy because of traffic

Location was great. and the place felt safe.

the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms was not working. (and based on the feedback from other people who stayed there, it has been down for a long time now). so we had to squeeze ourselves in the other 2 rooms. It is written that there will be Free toiletries, but no toothbrush, toothpaste and shower gel/soap are provided. It is written free wifi in all areas but it is actually only in the communal area. These misleading descriptions on booking.com kinda made us expect more.
